Here is a schedule of our office hours for the upcoming holidays:
  • Closed December 25, 2017 for Christmas, a US federal holiday. Regular office hours resume Tuesday, December 26.
  • Closed January 1, 2018 for New Years. Regular office hours resume Tuesday, January 2.
The network and servers will continue to be monitored 24/7 and any problems detected by our monitoring will be promptly resolved, as usual. smile.gif Ticket support and off-hours technical support will also be available, as usual.

Please note that our billing staff do not work outside business hours, so please resolve any urgent billing issues prior to the holiday. Technical support will not be able to assist with billing issues.

Free 24/7 technical support is now available by opening a ticket in the billing control panel at https://cbp.speedingbits.com/billing/clientarea.php.

If you do not already have a billing account on this system, it may be because you're still being billed via HSPC, our old billing platform. To avail yourself of the new system, please contact billing@advantagecom.net to have your billing information transferred into the new system. We think you'll find the change to be beneficial.
