I periodically like to get feedback from our customer base about their expectations regarding web hosting services. I use the information I gather to develop new services, create company policy, create staffing plans, and give general direction to this company.

I realize this particular poll question may seem a bit like asking you to choose between your arm or your leg as your most valuable limb, but I would like you to think about this thoroughly and give me your most honest answer, no matter how silly it may seem.

If you have difficulty deciding, place yourself in this scenario: If you were forced to spend your last dollar on hosting and you had to choose one element above all others, which would you choose?

Your feedback will help me better serve your needs as a customer of Advantagecom Networks and will help to mold future service offerings from this company.

If you believe I have left something out from the poll, please select "Other" and post a reply on this thread with the one element you would choose above the others already listed.

Also, if you have comments on why you chose what you did, I would like to hear those as well.

This is a hard one. Many of the options seem to relate to each other. As a paying customer, I voted, even though my views may be fairly unique because I am also an employee.

I chose "Quality of technical support", but now that I think about it, perhaps I chose wrong. I was thinking that if the "Quality of technical support" was great, then "Reliability" would be great, but that is not absolute, and the "Quality of technical support" can be directly effected by "Integrity of business management". If management lacked business integrity, then many things potentially could be effected in a negative way, including the "Quality of technical support" and "Reliability". I think I should have voted for "Integrity of business management", because a trustworthy business management would help me ensure the success of the business I have with that company.
