Just wondering if anyone out there has used X-Cart sofware.

X-Cart.com

I'm considering giving it a try but I don't want to waste money on something that isn't good at what it's supposed to do. Also, how easily does it work with an X-VPS plan? Are there any additional add-ons / fees that would be necessary to have it work?

Thanks.

I am not familiar with X-Cart.

According to the system requirements for X-Cart (found at http://www.x-cart.com/xcart_manual/compile...4xx_manual.pdf) you need to have both PHP and MySQL installed to use X-Cart. You will also need to configure PHP as they have described in the system requirements. If you install some add-ons there are some additional requirements that are also mentioned in the system requirements.
