One of our upstream network providers has informed us that they'll be doing software upgrades "to improve network reliability and prevent future service interruptions" between 3AM and 6AM Pacific Daylight Time (GMT -7:00) on Thursday, April 19, 2018.
They anticipate that backbone link will be down 1 to 3 hours. However, since we're fully redundant with upstream network providers and everything is setup to automatically and transparently reroute data, we do not anticipate any downtime for our customers. -------------------- Sincerely,
