Hi guys!

Thanks in advance for your great support dept.

I am having a formmail problem since changing to an ohp account. The domain/form I am working on first is

http://www.outdoors-411.com/ad_form.html

but I have similar problems on other domains that were transfered as well.

At first I was getting a standard page not found error, but now this is the error my customers are receiving now

Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Hopefully if you can help me figure out this one I can apply those same changes to my other sites.

Is this still correct "/usr/bin/perl"?

I haven't made any changes to the form, I don't use frontpage, I have chmod to 755, I am just not sure where to go from here.

Thanks Again,
Todd

All we learned from that is that the script tried to execute something, but wasn't allowed to do so by certain restrictions in place on the server.

So, we took a look at the script itself.

From the first line of your script:
CODE
#!/home/httpd/vhosts/outdoors-411.com/cgi-bin/

That should read as follows instead:
CODE
#!/usr/bin/perl

Once you've corrected that, let us know if you have further trouble and we'll look at it again.
