From approximately 8:15AM to 10:55AM Pacific time (GMT -8:00), utility power was out at the datacenter. The datacenter ran on generator for the duration and experienced no downtime.
This was a regional power outage reportedly caused by a garbage truck crashing into a high voltage line utility pole during freezing fog this morning. Our office didn't have power from 8:15AM to 11:50AM Pacific time (GMT -8:00). Ticket support continued to function, but phone support was unavailable during that time. -------------------- Sincerely,
