QUOTE
NEED A DEDICATED IP?
-----------------------------------------------------
In order to use anonymous FTP or an SSL certificate, you may need a
dedicated IP.  A dedicated IP is simply an IP that is used for only a
single domain.  If you find that you need a dedicated IP, they can be
provided for a one time setup fee of $25.00. Dedicated IPs can be ordered
by emailing the request to support@advantagecom.net

 It would be heaps better if there could be a form for this reached via http://support.schmolie.com/resources.shtml

Then we would know if you had received the form rather than having to sit around wondering if you had received the request email (as I am now).

Whilst we are on the topic of forms it would exceptionally kewl if the forms could generate a note of what was on the form in the confirmation emails. This is easy to do in PHP - then we could keep track of things.

Cheers

CB

We can see the future and knew you'd be asking this today. mrgreen.gif

When we launch our virtual dedicated server accounts, along with it will come a new billing system with all forms, automated fulfillment, and autoresponses you could dream of. laugh.gif

The Universal Pipe and Broadband Content accounts won't be automated for a bit yet, however, so we'll probably still need to work on this. Thanks for the feedback.
