Our office will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2016 for Independence Day, a US federal holiday. We will resume regular office hours on Tuesday, July 5.

The network and servers will continue to be monitored 24/7 and any problems detected by our monitoring will be promptly resolved, as usual. smile.gif Off-hours technical support will also be available, as usual.

Please note that our billing staff do not work outside business hours, nor are they paid to be on call 24/7 like technical staff. If you have a billing issue and call for off-hours technical support, you will still be charged the per-incident fee, but will need to wait until 9am Pacific Standard time (GMT -8:00) on the following business day for help with your billing issue.

Please, do not call off-hours technical support for billing issues. Our technical staff cannot help with billing issues. It is recommended that if you have a bill coming due over the holiday or weekend that you pay it before the holiday and weekend to avoid any problems. If you are on auto-pay and your credit card was not declined, you should have no trouble.
