Our office will be closed on the following days during the holidays this year:
December 24, 25 January 1 The servers and network will continue to be monitored and any outages corrected 24/7, as usual. Off-hours technical support is available for a $35 per incident fee. See the following URL for instructions on how to use off-hours support: http://support.schmolie.com/weekend-support.shtml Please note that it is *technical* support only. All billing issues must be resolved during business hours. If your service period ends over the weekend or on a holiday, it is highly recommended that you submit payment the business day before the weekend or holiday. The same goes for running out of data transfer or disk space. If you're close to your resource limits, increase them before the holiday or weekend to avoid any potential problems. We are not responsible for downtime caused by unpaid bills or running out of resources. |
