July 4 is a US Federal holiday, Independence Day. Since it lands on a Sunday this year, banks and the post office will be closed Monday, July 5, 2010.

To allow our staff time to be with their families and enjoy the holiday, our office will be closed Monday, July 5, 2010.

The network and servers will continue to be monitored 24/7, as usual. Any problems detected by our monitoring will be promptly resolved, as usual.

Off-hours technical support will be available, as usual.

Please note that our billing staff do not work outside business hours, nor are they paid to be on call 24/7 like technical staff. If you have a billing issue and call for off-hours technical support, you will still be charged the per-incident fee, but will need to wait until 9:00AM Pacific Daylight Saving time (GMT -7:00) on Tuesday, July 6 for help with your billing issue.

Please, do not call off-hours technical support for billing issues. Our technical staff cannot help with billing issues. It is recommended that if you have a bill coming due over the holiday or weekend that you pay it before the holiday and weekend to avoid any problems. If you are on auto-pay and your credit card was not declined, you should have no trouble.

If you have a technical support issue that you've verified is not due to an unpaid bill, then refer to the following URL for information on how to contact off-hours technical support.
